I am a former student-athlete at the Citadel Military College that received my Masters in Sport Management with many professional experiences and skills. Being the youngest of 3 but the first to graduate college in has always motivated me to be the best that I can be. This mentality was expressed in sports growing up and has transferred to my work in the professional world.My experience as a football and basketball player began in elementary school and ended with a few tryouts in the NFL. My passion for sports drove me to receive my Masters in Sports Management where I grew to love marketing, promoting, and managing. I helped execute one of the biggest 10K events in the United States and also set a spark for me to create a few of my own events . After developing experience in the Sport Management field I was introduced to other industries such as the railroad industry. As an operations manager I was required to plan, manage, and make decisions daily that could effect production over a large scale territory. I also responded to emergency issues over that territory that could deal with customers and/ or my employees in an operation that runs 24/7. The sports industry and railroad industry has developed me a lot professionally in different ways. I have experience in marketing , advertising , creating events , and running events due to the sports industry . But I also have experience in leading an operations team, workforce management, inventory management , following federal compliance laws and safety protocols due to the railroad industry. These skills have created a disciplined , people-oriented motivated young leader ready to accomplish any task given to him.
