As a Solution Tree Associate, I work with teachers, principals and district personnel to provide comprehensive professional development. I have the opportunity to deliver research-backed guidance for all major areas of schooling including curriculum development, instruction, assessment, and student engagement. I empower educators to raise student achievement through proven strategies for embedding the guiding principles of a Professional Learning Community: a focus on learning, collaborative culture, and a focus on results.

I was a leader in an elementary school focused on empowering students to become leaders in the 21st century.

At Lawson I learned valuable school leadership lessons while working with an innovative and highly engaged staff.

I began my teaching career at Southwest Elementary School in Lawson as a 3rd grade teacher! I also taught Middle School social studies and coached basketball and football.
