- Prepared, evaluated and helped control approximately a $450,000 program/classes/events/athletics/teen budget- Implemented, supervised and evaluated all of the classes, programs, camps and athletics offered by the Center.- Recruited, trained and supervised recreation leaders, volunteers and 50+ contract instructors.- Responsible for submitting check requests in a timely manner to pay all of our contract instructors.- Responsible for the development, production and distribution of publicity and promotional flyers as well as marketing on all social media accounts for the Center.- Liaison between several community organizations and the Center- Responsible for the layout, design and production of the Center’s quarterly recreation brochure- Created and maintained a professional website for the Center- Designed and created activity registrations, forms, contracts and applications.- Established bimonthly concerts that served as a fundraiser for the Center’s after school program- Researched, conceived, and implemented a very successful badminton program; later used the same courts lines to implement a successful pickleball program.- Offered complimentary pickleball lessons to the community to generate interest in our facility and to create a positive, social atmosphere.- Started a very successful after school art-based enrichment program that grosses approximately $240,000. Managed all financial transactions for this particular program (transfers, refunds, payments to instructors, etc.)- Researched and implemented Active.net at the Center. Trained all staff on the new software, helped negotiate merchant fees and contract language. Primary System Administrator for all of Active.Net (configuring new users, financial configurations, receipt language, etc.)

• Supervised and assisted with the marketing and advertising for numerous teen events and excursions• Provided excellent customer service, processed registrations, filed and completed office projects• Provided a safe, fun and interactive environment for up to 60 teens for Adventure Club, a travel camp for middle school students. • Responsible for the recruitment, organization and execution of the LCMS 3-on-3 Basketball League• Assisted with the collection of money, scorekeeping, scheduling and organization of several sports leagues offered by the city.• Taught several recreational sports classes for kids of all ages.
