With over 10 years of work experience in sports partnerships, marketing, and event planning, I am currently the Head of Brand Partnerships at MADE Hoops. In this role, I leverage my skills in sponsorship marketing, sales, and management to create and execute innovative and impactful brand activations for our clients and partners, such as Nike, Gatorade, and Wilson. Previously, I was the Commercial Lead for North America at EngageRM, a global sports technology company, where I managed the sales and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions for sports organizations and brands. I also served as the Director of Client Services at Paradigm Sports, a full-service sports marketing agency, where I oversaw the account management and strategic planning for a portfolio of elite athletes and properties. My core competencies include building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying and seizing new opportunities, and delivering exceptional results. I am passionate about using sports as a platform for positive social change and empowering the next generation of athletes and leaders. I am also a proud veteran and firefighter, having served in the Air Force for six years. I hold multiple certifications from FEMA and a bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a Business Minor from the University of Kansas. I am excited to bring my diverse perspectives and experiences to the team and contribute to the mission and vision of MADE Hoops.
