CurrentLogged metadata for and executed scheduling of digital in-house advertising creative (e.g., Fathom Events, Coca-Cola/Pepsi spots, COVID Safety Protocols, Auditorium Rental promos, etc.) on movie theatre screens, as part of the Screenvision Media Front + Center PreShow that airs before the trailers at over 1,000 movie theatres nationwide. Supported Sales, Marketing, and Research departments, as well as distribution partners, on off-platform advertising initiatives such as lobby screens, digital marquee boards, and smartphone-compatible couponing kiosks; successfully executed each concept for Sprint, Uber and Pillsbury and other national-scope.Coordinated execution of in-lobby activations for client cross-promotions, including lobby posters, vehicle displays, tabling, and product sampling. Work closely with Finance Department to process and disburse monthly exhibitor payments. Perform forensic accounting to isolate and resolve payment disparities and discrepancies. Calculate subsidies and related fees for all applicable exhibitors on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and submit final amounts due to Finance. Review discrepancies with VP Digital Training & Compliance and VP Finance & Exhibitor Reporting, cross referencing their respective data, and resolve. Submit ECH payment data to AP.Oversee timely and accurate payment communication to monthly-paid exhibitors. Coordinate receipt and input of monthly admissions by working directly with all Exhibitor Relations Account Managers. Draft and submit payment letters to Chief Partnership Officer for final review and signature, making corrections or adjustments as required. Review exhibitor contracts to determine payment terms for each exhibitor, maintain master spreadsheet for subsidy payments and cross reference with Finance model on a quarterly basis. Request and archive copies of new contracts and contract amendments.
