Joined Renovate America (RA) after they acquired CakeSystems in August 2016.Led the integration of Cake's energy modeling technology into RA's home improvement financing platform. Implemented microservice API's to share Cake functionality throughout RA's product. Launched a new tool allowing RA's contractors to lookup property information and estimate home energy consumption and savings opportunities.Led a research project to use statistical analysis to predict building construction in various regions across the country. Developed an algorithm using Monte Carlo simulation to calculate predicted building characteristics and energy consumption of homes in a particular geography.
