Brandon joined EstesGroup in 2004 and became a partner in 2007, leading Operations and Recruiting. Brandon focuses on matching the key technical skillsets and resources to the demands of IT, ERP, and cloud implementation projects. Brandon builds top teams to serve EstesGroup’s customers across the nation and throughout the world. In addition to recruiting and retaining talent, Brandon has been involved in every aspect of the successful growth at EstesGroup, including sales, operations, and project delivery. In terms of vertical expertise, Brandon has supported the Financial Services industry extensively and is highly aware of FINTECH needs, compliance, and regulatory concerns. He has also specialized in the ERP space, focusing on middle market technologies such as Epicor, Microsoft, and others. Brandon has led teams specializing in professional and technical recruitment, executive search, contract sales, and strategic business direction, including industry-specific consulting and training. In terms of Operations, Brandon oversees the back office and delivery operational aspects of EstesGroup including technologies and processes for professional services automation and billing. He is very adept at contract management, personnel management, negotiation, and professional team development. Finally, Brandon serves as a central spokesperson for the teams and the clients, uniting sales and delivery through effective management of quality control processes and feedback mechanisms.
