Duties included:• Covering a variety of lessons across the school curriculum.• Ensuring that all pupils engage and understand fully in each their lessons.• Differentiating work for different pupils of different levels to ensure that the children areall able to access the work.• Following the school’s behaviour management strategies to ensure a successful lesson.• Liaising with subject teachers, department leads and senior leadership teams to ensurethe work set is correctly followed and carried out under my lead.

Duties included:· Serving customers in a polite and professional manner - always exceeding their expectations. · Replenishing and restocking the mini-bar, always ensuring high level of stock management efficiency.· Ensuring that food and drink orders were taken and delivered as efficiently as possible.· Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of key health and safety standards used within the food and beverage industry.· Handling customer complaints in a diplomatic and professional way, always putting the customer first.
