CurrentLeverages the Crane continuous improvement tools to maintain efficient and reliable facilities and system operations by identifying and implementing improved methods to reduce Facilities' operating cost - $6.3M annual operating budgetDrives execution to and compliance with Capital Expenditure Requests for the Sensing and Power Systems group - $4.9MResponsible for tracking and adherence to the Annual Operating Profit budget for controllable costs for all departments in Operations - 20 cost centers; $45M.Responsible for maintaining ISO 14644 and 13845 standards for two class 8 clean rooms (8000 square feet) and one class 7 clean room (1000 square feet).Oversees project management efforts for 212k sq. ft facility - building, renovations, and new building construction.Manages new facilities planning, including preparation of requirements and specifications for building size and all utility requirements - power, water, sewer, and HVAC systems, for both manufacturing processes and building operation.Provides project support for all internal functional groups and industrial engineering, including new production equipment installation, preparation of plans and specifications for facility and utility system modifications, and preparation of detailed bid specifications.Obtains, maintains, and ensures compliance with all local state and federal environmental permits and regulations; serves as liaison between Crane Aerospace and regulatory agencies.As the site Sustainability Lead, develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures concerning protecting the environment, ESG initiatives, and maintaining the highest standard of corporate social responsibility.
