I am a motivated individual. My father, Raymond Hensley, as well as my marketing savvy mother, Lisa Hensley, taught me everything I know and then some. I approach every challenge presented before me with patience, honesty, and diligence in keeping with the best interests of all parties involved. I love being challenged, and I can manage projects and staff in doing so. I am a driven individual, always looking for the next adventure. I have the Engineer's Creed hanging on my wall, and read it every morning to remind myself what I do, why and what my responsibilities are to the public and my clients. Even though I do not have those letters behind my name, I work very hard to maintain the engineers code and to make sure everyone's best interest are always before mine. My primary objective is to make a difference in the world, to think outside the box and to provide solutions that are in keeping with cohesive, exciting, successful projects and ventures.I am energy savvy and LEED experienced and often get excited finding savings and efficiency wherever I can. I also love finding unconventional ways to approach old problems.
