I’m building Power (withpower.com). We do patient recruitment, but we do it a little differently. Our focus is on Quality > Quantity. Every day, patients are signing up on withpower.com because they want to connect with leading medical researchers. They give us access to their medical records which we analyze to make EMR-quality referrals to research sites. This saves researchers 10-15hours per week resulting in more delighted sites who enjoy responding to the patients we refer. My background is in building technology products and businesses that remove friction for real people as they navigate traditionally opaque industries.
