Simultaneously multi-tasked, assessed, and balanced competing priorities in the frequently changing work environment. • Enthusiastically demonstrated expertise and knowledge of the F-35’s Prognostics & Health Management (PHM) system. Methodically troubleshot F-35C aircraft anomalies with unfamiliar weapon system degraders as an Ordnance Release & Control Check team leader. Results yielded a 100% weapon systems availability which contributed to the tactical qualifications of eight (8) F-35C Pilots.• Worked extensively with Lockheed Martin’s (LM) Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), generating maintenance Action Requests (AR’s) via the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) module documenting maintenance anomalies. Results yielded Fleet-Wide revisions of several Ordnance modules within the Joint- Service Technical Data (JTD) system.• Facilitated and instructed 10 classes on the F-35C Armament Systems which resulted in 60 new Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist.
