Vp, Hr Risk & Compliance Analyst
Current- Manage a variety of new HR projects and initiatives and identify ways to enhance existing processes and activities
- Monitor regulatory activity that may impact the organization and communicate necessary updates to the appropriate HR leadership team
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on training opportunities and ensure compliance within recruiting processes while monitoring key risk indicators and analyzing metrics
- Assist with the development and revision of Human Resources RCSA's
- Conduct various audits primarily associated with the Talent Acquisition team
- Review and edit internal policies on a quarterly basis to ensure accuracy
