It Manager Of Judicial Applications Management And Services (Jams)
CurrentPlan, coordinate and manage all activities related to the implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of branch-wide licensed or purchased application and projects related to these applications. Manage projects related to the implementation of new functionality or branch-wide applications, manage existing application updates and upgrades, issue management and escalation, define and implement processes related to application support. • Liaison with vendors of the purchased application products for the branch. • Supervise staff within two or more units of the Judicial Applications Management • Implement standardized process/procedures for implementation of branch-wide applications and functionality as it relates to application update or upgrades planning and deployment.• Establish timelines for implementation activities; and communication practices with both vendors and internal staff or court customers.• Deliver recommendations or alternatives, including the appropriate and necessary documentation, that address existing and potential problem areas in the branch-wide applications and projects across the organization.• Provide recommendations and input into the operations of the Judicial Applications Management and Services department within ITD.
