The Student Ministries Director seeks to change students’ lives by directing groups for both the high school (NIGHTS) and middle school (REMIX) divisions of NewPointe’s student ministries. The Director will build an environment where students have the opportunity to be connected to a Small Group Leader who will walk along side of them through an entire season of their life. Through casting vision, developing the Small Group Leader team, and executing the programming strategy, the Student Ministries Director will lead students to realize and reach their full potential in Jesus Christ.Key Result Areas (KRAs)• Recruit, develop, equip, empower, and care for Small Group Leaders and other Student Ministries volunteers to provide direction, growth, and multiplication of their respective areas of ministry through maintaining open lines of communication and personal involvement in their lives and ministries.• Provide event coordination for both NIGHTS and REMIX, as well as spearheading First Impressions efforts.• Maintain consistent communication with leaders and parents to clarify and connect them with the vision, direction, and upcoming events in Student Ministries.• Collaborate with Campus Directors and Central Family Life team to set curriculum, determine and plan creative and content aspects for events, and monitor the health and direction of the Student Ministries team. • Work with the Campus Pastor and other Campus Ministry leaders to accomplish Student Ministries growth goals and overall campus goals.• Other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for and focused on assisting leadership and team development, oversight and execution of all aspects of marketing and communications church-wide.Website• Manage all aspects of NPCC website-Content management to be timely, current, and appropriate for NPCC -Efficient and effective functionality-Artistic, creative, and aesthetically pleasingPromotions• Assist the Director in developing and executing systems to organize,prioritize, and communicate promotional items related to NPCC• Assist the Director in creating communication strategies to market, inform, and promote teaching series, big events, and other campaigns as needed• Assist the Director in overseeing all written materials related to promotions and external communications• Responsible for executing all market advertisingSocial Media• Lead social media presence for NPCC including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter• Manage ongoing social media messaging and communication strategies• Creatively build followings on various social media outletsDesign• Assist with “overflow” of new design projects/requests related to church-wide activities• Update/tweak current design projectsPrint Material• See “Design”• Print, cut, fold, tag print material for campuses• Executing print projects such as the Weekly, Monthly, restocking print pieces, providing templates, etc Volunteer Teams• Work with current and recruit volunteers to accomplish departmental goals Other duties as assigned

This position is in charge of creating, managing and directing the internal and external communications. They provide dynamic leadership in communicating and equipping church teams to communicate the mission and vision of the church and serve as the point person for managing the day-­to-­day ministry of the church. They also serve on the Pastoral Staff and participate in shaping the vision of the church. This position is the primary person responsible to lead the efforts to communicate it most effectively. Half of this position is the creation of communication message and media, such as:• Discover, communicate and implement a plan for church-­‐wide communication that is in line with our mission statement and Worship-­‐Grow-­‐Serve discipleship strategy• Equip teams in the church in the art of communication and assist them with their ability to communicate• Develop print (bulletins, announcements, newsletters, press releases, fliers, brochures, banners), digital (web site and email blasts), and visual (worship slides, video and photography) communication media consistent with the vision that speaks to the church and to the community around• Craft communication message to support mission/vision and current church focus and ministry• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of church-­‐wide communication efforts and implement changes that will help us to communicate in a more meaningful way and half the position involves the management of the ministry of our church, such as:• Manage the daily activities of the church, including running the church office, scheduling the church building and keeping the church calendar• Serve as the point person for the member database• Supervise, equip and develop office volunteers and oversee cleaning service personnel• Participate regularly in supervisory meetings with Designated Pastor, in weekly meetings ofthe Pastoral Staff and Servant Team, Quarterly Summits and other church teams, as needed
