Project Level:• Official custodian of approved contracts, Risk Authorizations for project master file.• Assists PM with timely review of pre-bills and preparation of invoice cover letters, where needed.• Coordinates with billing department to ensure invoices are accurate and submitted to clients in a timely manner• Set up discrete B&P and marketing numbers.• Assists in cost proposal development and conducts regular profitability analyses. • Coordinates between procurement and operations to ensure all contracts, insurance certificates are completed and in the contract files. • Reviews project AR and WIP and works with BMs to resolve issues.• Assists PM with project closeout activities Branch/Office Level:• Act as a business partner providing financial/accounting support to Area Manager• Lead month end close process including but not limited to: variance clearing, AR/WIP bad debt management, analyzing and correcting indirect expenses, etc.• Support the P&L managers by monitoring and reporting performance against KPI’s• Lead and prepare roll up of the forecast of six offices within the East TN/Upper Midwest Area. • Provide financial analysis to the P&L Managers on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Conduct Project Level profitability reviews and audits to ensure that projects are executed and performing financially “as sold”. • Support Area, Office and Branch Managers during the SRP/Budgeting process to ensure accurate and timely submission of annual budgets Show less
