Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching®, Brandon was brought into the then-nascent firm shortly after a slow international launch. The mission: to establish a sustainable international business arm in 18 months. Within 5 years of continued success, he grew the team of FTE’s 6-fold while increasing revenue per person by 3 digits, new customers per annum from 45 to 700, and tripled his vertical’s profit margins. He subsequently installed new teams on 5 continents to support a customer base 110 countries. While leading the APAC and EMEA regions from his home in East Asia, he also pursued his MBA at Aston University in the United Kingdom where he graduated summa cum laude. He became the youngest executive in the firm’s history at the end of 2018 and was asked to step up to lead the multi-national organization as CEO in early Q3 of 2020. He has since completed his Doctorate of Business Administration where his dissertation research is set to focus on startup and small business leadership. In his spare time, Brandon greatly enjoys pursuing passion projects ranging from conducting leadership coaching in F500 organizations to consulting small and mid-sized organizations on business strategy. Brandon was listed in the top 200 Power List of “Biggest Voices in Leadership” by LeadersHum in 2022 and has been a published author in the Worldwide Coaching Magazine.
