Promoted to Senior Project Manager to support merger of US Airways and American Airlines; lead offshore, collocated, and geographically dispersed teams of five to 12 developers, data modelers, and QA analysts in multiple concurrent modernization and integration efforts. Liaise with business unit managers to gather requirements and transform them into detailed project specifications. Determine solutions aligned with business strategy. Define scope and create project plans; establish timelines, deliverables, and budget, allocate resources, write test plans, and manage risk. Support Agile adoption and facilitate Agile maturity of technology teams; ensure success of sprints via analytic tools and Scrum rituals, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Promote professional growth and mentor staff through formal growth channels. Lead integration meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders and C-level executives. Key Projects:• Spearhead modernization and transformation of cargo shipment system: Direct eight job titles in the U.S. and India and oversee a $2M budget; collaborate, integrate, coordinate efforts into a program consisting of 12 teams, a workforce of 200+ on and offshore personnel, with a $100M dollar budget.• Co-lead trans-Atlantic data exchange and integration effort between American Airlines, US Airways, British Airways, and Iberia. booking alternatives on qualified flights in eligible markets. • Guide consolidation of three passenger service data systems into one integrated Saber software solution. Oversee a $2.5M budget, direct, and coordinate two teams of 12 developers, data modelers, and QA analysts in Dallas And Phoenix.• Support merger of US Airways and American Airlines human resource systems; manage five developers to migrate enterprise data, perform no-harm testing, and coordinate efforts to achieve one enterprise-wide program.
