Notably, I spearheaded the development of a customer inclusion model, resulting in a significant 4.9% increase in racial/ethnic diversity within a pilot division within its inaugural year.Prior to this, I served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Northern Kentucky University, where I led proactive initiatives to align with the institution's strategic objectives.
