By understanding our clients' needs and having the right resources to achieve their goals, we've built an amazing company that consistently delivers results for our clients.Throughout my career, I've worn multiple hats: developer, project manager, evangelist, marketer, salesman, and strategist. I've had to take on roles I knew little about and become an expert quickly. As a Maven, per Malcolm Gladwell, I enjoy the challenge of being asked to do something I've never done before and thrive on being able to quickly come up to speed. Helping AVIO continue to grow and helping our clients to be successful by being an information broker of what others are doing, what is working, and where markets are going drives me to continually learn about new technologies, trends, and business strategies. I recognize I won't always be able to have the level of expertise needed to be successful in every facet of our organization. Therefore, my goal as a leader is to identify people with the right combination of skills and personality and put them in a position to enable AVIO to continue to grow.
