As a relationship driven creative I find my purpose in enriching the lives of those I come in contact with on a daily basis. This is played out through my ability to build quick rapport with individuals in interview settings. It also facilitates lasting relationships with ongoing video production clients. I am always striving to learn something new, to improve in my creative skills and communication competencies. My strengths include video and audio production as well as training development and facilitation. I quickly develop new skills, am an effective communicator, and a multi media production jack of all trades. I am a feedback getter, always seeking ways to improve.As media producer, I write, storyboard, shoot and edit projects, taking them from inception to completion. I build rapport quickly, gaining the trust of clients and putting on-camera talent at ease during production. This means providing feedback when needed, aligned with the goals of the client, department and project being produced. Working in a corporate environment often requires many projects to be in different stages of production at the same time with varying deadlines. I manage this by being organized, providing updates to department heads as needed, and being proactive. I readily take feedback during and after each production and am constantly seeking ways to grow professionally.
