My current research is on development of high performance III/V photonics and integration of these devices with silicon photonics for phased array applications. I have cross-disciplinary research experience in semiconductor epitaxial growth and characterization, device design, fabrication, and testing. My ideal career involves diverse roles that utilize analytical, technical, management, and communication skills to produce new technologies not locked to any specific application area. I am strongly driven to learn, whether in technical areas or personal hobbies, and turn knowledge into applications.
