Tasked with the creation of a new department, I have built out all policies and procedures for I.T. and Cybersecurity at Sounding Board. I manage the Technology budget, vendor relations, source SaaS and other products, manage contracts, provide support, manage and monitor security, I am a part of Sounding Board Leadership committee, a member of the compliance team (played an integral part to the success of Sounding Boards Soc2 Type II certification), and perform/oversee all SaaS integration projects. SB is completely remote without any physical infrastructure. Givin this setup, I work closely with Engineering to establish and maintain a virtual infrastructure. I also implemented, maintain, and admin our corp network utilizing CloudFlare WARP.
