As an Operations Business Analyst at Bass Pro Shops I fulfill many roles for our eCommerce site. While I still perform Business Analyst tasks, such as requirement gathering, I also perform many operational tasks including Deployment Management, Jira and Confluence Administration, Endeca Operational Support, and Site Performance Monitoring to name a few.
