DIRECT SOURCING SOLUTION• Lead the development and implementation of the first Direct Sourcing solution service offering within the organization.• Manage and oversee all Direct Sourcing program solutions, working closely with Recruiters/Account Managers, and external talent pool software organizations.• Provides direction to Direct Sourcing program teams to ensure best practices are implemented to maximize program success and client cost savings.
