This was a fast-paced position where I planned and executed flight arrivals, sort package flow, and flight launches for a large warehouse operation. This involved leading teams in literally every sort function, including freight input, primary box sort, document split, outbound freight buildup, and flight launch. The Anchorage Hub was given the rare Audit ACE, due to our 100% perfect performance during internal audit.

I was responsible for knowing, setting up, and proficiently running several routes in Dallas. After transferring, I mastered every route in the Anchorage service area. I attained a Class B CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement, which I still maintain.

I coordinated all aspects of the shipping process for NBS. This involved taking inbound orders, preparing labels, processing paperwork, selecting correct items, and packaging for proper shipping.
