We currently represent multiple manufacturers in spine, orthobiologics and human tissue. We are currently working with the following companies:Integra Spine, Integra OrthoBiologics, Medicrea, Zimmer Spine, LifeSpine, Kalitec Direct, Arteriocyte, and MiMedxThis broad product offering provides our distributorship with solutions for many different specialties with a focus on degenerative and deformity spine, complex spine surgery revisions, bone grafting, bone marrow concentration and regenerative tissue technology.My role is to manage and grow our $5M business within our territory from Daytona Beach to Lakeland (and beyond, with some manufacturers). This includes surgical case coverage, inventory management, logistics, intraoperative clinical interaction with surgeons, techs and nurses. I develop and execute sales plans for each product line from each manufacturer that we represent. I have successfully headed-up numerous new product launches into hospitals and surgery centers, from start to finish.Surgically I work with central Florida's busiest adult spine deformity and revision surgery practice. I service degenerative and deformity thoracolumbar fusion surgery along with anterior and posterior cervical fusion cases. I have experience with minimally invasive procedures as well. I sell and service various allograft products such as amniotic tissue, bone/tendon and DBMs. I also distribute an autologous stem cell concentration product/service. We have numerous companies that ask my team to represent them in Central Florida. I'm proud to say that we have successfully done that for ALL of them, listed above, for my entire tenure in this position with Mirus Ventures.

I was the first hire for this new spine and orthobiologics distributorship in South Florida. We began with just about zero business. By the time I took the promotion in Orlando with Mirus Ventures, we had established business with 5 spine surgeons and 3 interventional radiologists. My responsibilities were to meet and cold call every Neurosurgeon, Orthopedic Spine Surgeon and Interventional Radiologist in our territory and to cultivate new business for the various product lines we carried. We worked with and represented the following spine and orthobiologics companies in our territory: Alphatec, Zimmer Spine, Orthovita, Annulex and SI-Bone.

The Lending Group is a Wholesale Mortgage Lender. I moved down to south Florida to open up a that new territory for them. This job was business to business sales with mortgage brokers/retailers. I sold our wholesale mortgage programs to the retail brokers. The housing market crash led to The Lending Group closing their doors for good nationwide.
