-Responsible for quality control and inspection of diamond coated bonds that are used with industrial saw blades, diamond coated wheels and various other items that the company manufactures-Started as pressing department employee but sought out additional responsibilities within the company and as a result was given a promotion to Lab Technician while still maintaining responsibilities in the pressing department

-Lead all aspects of the manufacturing operations and continuous improvement activities of the plant to meet customer and company expectations-Drove best practices in all areas, ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the plant-Promoted from Entry-level Packer to Machine Operator within the first four months of being with the company

-Worked in conjunction with our partnering organizations to teach youth life skills. Managed and ran meetings on a weekly basis in a school, church, or recreational center. Provided a program to the at risk youth of Canton-Managed a dozen different large-implementation programs every week in the Canton City School District through working with the Rotary Club of Canton-Directed weekend camping programs multiple times a year that provided the opportunity for underprivileged youth experience the outdoors and have an immersive educational experience-Partnered with Indian River Correctional Facility in Massillon to develop a program for incarcerated youth which taught hands-on life skills that would be beneficial in the rehabilitation process-Held various positions on Summer Camp Staff in several program areas managing youth activities-Dedication at Camp led to being asked to work with at risk youth in the Canton City School District.
