I assist renewable energy and commercial real estate clients on a broad range of their legal needs and am part of a team of attorneys at Parker Poe who provide counseling on renewable energy projects, assisting clients with land use, zoning, entitlements, and, additionally, commercial real estate transactions. I am experienced in representing lenders, investors, and developers across a variety of asset classes, including retail, multifamily, build-to-rent, office, commercial, and industrial properties.Prior to my law career, I worked for several years for national renewable energy advocacy groups, helping renewable energy firms achieve their annual marketing and business development goals and generating revenue that supported the growth of the clean energy industries.
