In addition to sourcing and vetting new opportunities for growth, I currently manage our E&P asset portfolio, with joint operators and private capital partners, in active drilling projects and producing fields through the tri-state region.Over the years, I have stewarded the capital financing and divestments of oil and gas assets with a total combined value exceeding $100 million. Of note, I pioneered leasing efforts in the Eagle Ford Shale where I sourced, negotiated, and closed oil and gas mineral leases and surface use agreements with a combined value of over $50 million.My newest venture is PERI Capital Group, a commercial real estate private equity firm, where I oversee commercial operations, joint venture formation, and capital partner relations. As Managing Partner, I employ my 20 years of experience in financial and operations management with an emphasis on deal origination, legal and regulatory oversight, and creating value for our partner base.
