Led multiple migrations into a central Windchill PDMLink/ProjectLink system that contains 184 Products and tens of millions of parts and drawings. This system is used by hundreds of people globally to ensure the latest product data is up-to-date and efficiently brought to market faster. Data being migrated was handled in contained environments to ensure that maximum security was obtained.Engineered and developed Windchill customizations to increase system usability and efficiency. Gathered and organized user requirements to engineer a solution that would best fit customer needs. • Led a legacy migration into PDMLink that contained over 12 million objects and 100 GB of content with 100% data integrity. Migration contained Parts, Drawings, Specifications, Change Objects, and ALL object history. Object history was significant because PTC only supports latest data only.• Developed a multi-use reporting tool for PDMLink that allows customers to view their data in ways that OOTB Windchill does not allow. Tool provides multiple BOM related reports including Multi-Level BOM, Multi-Level Where Used, End Item Where Used, and more. Tool also provides an advanced search feature that OOTB Windchill does not provide, where output is displayed in both HTML and CSV formats.• Led and performed 3 Pro\INTRALINK migrations into the central US Army Windchill 9 database.• Developed various data manipulation utilities in order to cleanse data from user error and misuse of the system.• Developed custom navigation screens for easier analysis of data.

Developed Windchill customizations for various PTC clients both in the Commercial and Federal Aerospace & Defense sectors. Performed multiple Pro\INTRALINK migrations remotely with a 100% success rate. Responsible for training new employees to get them up to speed on the Windchill technology.
