Cutting Edge Communications helps clients with research instrument design and collecting, visualizing, and understanding data and consumer opinions in the legal, insurance, and commercial litigation industries. Responsible for helping clients in research instrument design and in data collection, focus groups, real-time data visualization, reporting, and insights using the Qualtrics survey platform and Qualtrics CX dashboards. • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, recruiting plans, and operational process and procedures for graduate enrollment which resulted in significant enrollment growth.• Foster relationships with stakeholders to enhance program visibility and external partnerships.• Serve as part of a project team to conduct financial pro forma analysis on graduate programs leading to a deeper understand of the financial, academic, and other contributions of academic programs to the university portfolio• Serve as part of a project team responsible for the launch of a branch campus in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, creating business plans and go to market strategy for new graduate programs, and achieving significant growth in online graduate enrollment.

• Responsible for development and execution of marketing strategies for the agency’s continuing education and extension programs in critical infrastructure, public works, industrial safety, disaster response, and homeland security.• Create and edit content for email newsletters, websites, brochures, tradeshow materials, course materials, press releases, videos, social media, and official communications.• Served as a technology consultant to various agency projects, including the adoption of Microsoft SharePoint and adoption of rapid e-learning development tools.• Served as part of taskforce responsible for technology, operational, and communication support for the Texas Public Works Response Team and emergency response deployments.
