As a Content Development and Design Associate for Mets Events, I managed all of Citi Field's social media handles, increasing the Instagram following by over 15k in less than a year through strategic content development and performance analytics. I produced high-quality visual content, including photography for public and private events, and graphics for marquee events including the MLB London Series and our 2024 Concert Series, for which I designed the branding and logo. I created presentation decks to sell events to clients and collaborated with high-profile partners like Google, HBO, and LiveNation. Additionally, I updated the Mets Events branding to ensure consistent and engaging visual communication across all platforms.

Assisted coworkers in photographing store displays to send to corporate and dressing mannequins following merchandise trends. Performed daily cash inflow reporting, accounting for over $1.2 million in annual sales. Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and unparalleled customer service to maintain our store’s capture rate above 95%, one of the highest in the company.

Oversaw eight executive committee members and 14 additional officers, attending meetings and providing support in their daily operations. Assisted the Treasurer in developing annual budgets in excess of $120,000 using Microsoft Excel. Attended the Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute Conference in Miami Ohio, accepting rewards on behalf of the chapter for Excellence in Risk Management and the successful recruitment of 34 new members.

Served as the Design lead in developing graphics and photographing promotional and recruitment material over the summer for the Georgia Southern Division I NCAA Women’s Volleyball Team across all social-media platforms. Coordinated with the assistant coaches and head coach to follow the athletic department’s branding specifications, while fabricating an exemplary market and overall fan experience.

I served as a lifeguard and assistant pool manager throughout the 2020 Summer. I worked on stand, controlled the maintenance of the pool, and greeted pool patrons. I was offered the Head Lifeguard position the following summer, but declined to work in retail.

Worked as the Public Relations, Design, and Marketing intern for the largest National Jewish Youth sporting competiton around the globe. Created signage and a navigational system for the games in English, Hebrew, and Spanish. Led a “Junior Designers” team alongside Vox News which published and showcased the skills of young teens for aspiring news anchors, graphic designers, videographers, and sports marketers. Worked with the Governor’s Office of the State of Georgia and various sponsors to help coordinate the games.

I worked as a Manager of the store, overseeing all store operations and managing cash inflows ranging up to thousands of dollars, while also working with my staff counterparts and creating a successful work environment and establishment.

Throughout 2014 to 2019, I've held the positions of Communications Vice President and President of my local Atlanta chapter, sat on the Regional General Board of the Southeast region of United Synagogue Youth, and held the position of Sub-Regional Secretary. Aside from my leadership roles, I've assisted USY with rebranding of the Southeast Region, HaNegev.
