Growing up in a strict, education-focused household, I cultivated the habit of journaling, as escapism, and to capture my life, thoughts, and aspirations. Little did I anticipate this practice would transform into a personal manifesto, propelling me toward the vibrant city that is NYC. Here, I discovered my love for telling others’ stories. Over the past decade, my career as a journalist has taken me on an extraordinary path. Starting from local television news reporting to covering the intense atmosphere surrounding Trump's reelection campaign, delving into the captivating world of celebrity crimes and, most recently, having the opportunity to contribute as a freelancer for NPR's culture desk, there’s nothing I cannot report on. While journalism has been the core of my storytelling prowess, I have also woven narratives for diverse organizations within their communications departments. My creative exploration extends to the realms of sketch comedy and screenwriting as well. I am constantly driven to explore new avenues and push the boundaries of storytelling.I possess a versatile toolkit to bring stories to life and am proficient in a wide range of skills including Photoshop, Premiere, branded content creation, producing, Pro Tools, photography, and videography, y hablo un poco de español.My true joy lies in the act of storytelling itself.
