I partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand their needs, design and implement sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews and assessments. Previously, I worked as a Senior Associate at Certis and a Consulting Manager at Achieve Group, where I managed end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, customer service and IT sectors.
