Work directly for the operations manager to ensure daily flow of the receiving dock. Manage 10+ member team to facilitate the receiving and stowing of new and returned inventory. Produce a daily shift plan and make sure it is followed and executed barring any issues that may arise. Cross-trained on the outbound dock operations to better assist the operations manager on-site if needed. Established and enforced a standard of work that ensured a successful physical inventory.

Work directly with the department director and county management staff to establish the scope of road infrastructure projects, manage SPLOST funded projects, conduct plan review for all county and private projects, manages the county’s MS4 program, manages all driveway permits and specifications, and conducts management oversight for all department and county projects.

I am currently responsible for the implementation and application of our new software package for asset management. I help oversee our maintenance staff with technical support and guidance when needed. Served as the liaison between our administrative staff and the maintenance staff.

As a GIS Technician, I was in charge of GPS Data using the Leica GPS station and associated instruments, maintaining the county water and sewer databases, editing new and existing data to make the visible product more accurate for the populous, and made custom products for the Water Department Director and Deputy Director.

As a GIS Senior Technician, I was responsible for updating and maintaining the county’s Parcel Fabric layers, assessing CAD and Metadata files for new projects within the county. I also help with plan review process of new projects, assigning addresses, helping Emergency Operating Center mapping needs, and general citizen requests.

As the only GIS Technician/Mapper for the Lumpkin County Tax Assessor’s office. I updated and manipulated ArcMap to change people’s land parcels for tax purposes. I also did deed transfers, deed splits, and deed joins when they are necessary in the WinGap database.

I work with ERDAS and ArcGIS systems to make specialty maps for customers. We were taught how to make customized maps for the every changing demands of the clients specifications. At the school I finished 5 out of 12 in my class with an overall grade of 89 in the course. I also have had a Top Secret Security Clearance in the past, however it expired when I decided to leave the Army.

I am an expert at small unit tactics and leadership. I was an Infantry Fire Team Leader. I was responsible for the actions positive or negative of 3-5 trained Infantrymen. I also led successful missions while in Afghanistan as well as during our unit's drill weekends.
