Brandon Lovingier, ChFC®, MQFP® aka The Enlisted Money Guy™, has served over 18 years in the Army – including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He established his blog, Enlisted Money, to help enlisted service members avoid the same mistakes he made and achieve financial freedom. He earned his Chartered Financial Consultant – ChFC® designation in 2022 and is one of the first Military Qualified Financial Planner – MQFP® designation holders. Supervised multiple Satellite Communications Terminals and 84 personnel. Managed daily operations, maintenance, and well-being of the company. As a First Sergeant, Brandon led innovative unit activities such as their "LEGO Master Challenge" Spartan Challenge, and various training opportunities.

Served as a SATCOM Terminal Chief responsible for the health and welfare of 20 Soldiers and their families. Supervised the maintenance and operation of Satellite Communications equipment valued at $3,029,000. Facility was awarded the Defense Information Systems Agency - Pacific Commander's Cup for most improved facility out of 110 facilities in the Pacific Region.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Mentored young adults on career opportunities available in the United States Army and Army Reserves. Conducted public presentations, interacted with high school administrators and staff, and excelled at community outreach. He taught physical fitness, carburetor theory, satellite communications principles, healthy lifestyle, and chainsaw safety classes to multiple classes. Vast experience in digital/social media marketing, cold calling/knocking, digital lead generation, applicant screening, and physical fitness training. His "part of the family" approach to finding qualified applicants of high moral character were hallmarks of his recruiting style.

Performed multiple roles including Land and Ammunition Management, Defense Travel System, Digital Training Management System, Unit Status Report, and Battle Staff Operations. Assisted with the relocation of the 44th Signal Battalion from Schweinfurt to Grafenwoehr. In-processed the unit and prepared facilities to receive the command and supporting companies.
