I am a physiotherapist, graduated from the Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Prior to this I had completed a Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science) at Victoria University.I have a keen interest in the management of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and have been involved in a range of court- and field-based sports as a physiotherapist. These roles have encompassed providing acute injury management, developing thorough rehabilitation programs assisting with return to sport/performance goals, and implementing player performance, health and wellbeing screening systems to maximise participation in their sport. I am also an experienced fitness and performance coach in a range of settings. My previous coaching roles include: junior development tennis coaching; personal training; and powerlifting coaching. Across all these opportunities, I have worked with people of all ages and physical abilities, and in doing so, I have developed the skills to adapt my coaching practice to each individual to provide them with the right environment to achieve their goals.
