President of Converge Communication Technologies**SUMMARY:**I graduated from college in 1999 and embarked on my professional journey at my father's company, Phone Services, in Statesville, NC. Specializing in premise-based phone systems. I quickly recognized the need for expansion beyond the confines of the quaint town. Consequently, I established a satellite office in Charlotte, strategically alligning with our Statesville office located just 40 minutes north of CharlotteIn 2005, while working with my father, we became largest Samsung phone system vendor in the country. Together our entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to growth aligned for several years. However, in 2007 I felt the pull to start my own company. In Janurary of 2007, with the full support of my father, who provided both blessing and operating capital, I launched Converge out of my home office.With a "I cannot fail" attitude and commiment, I put in long hours, building a team of trusted employees and developing a repeatable system of process and procedures that was seemless to our customers and internal team members.Throughout the years we have adapted to the dynamic landscape of technology. We've successfully pivoted with market trends, now offers a comprehensive suite of services, including sound masking/white noise, audio-video solutions, acting as a master agent for multiple hosted phone system and ISP providers. In 2024 we recieved our security and fire alarm license, allowing us to add access control and camera systems to our portfolio. This allows us to be a single source for clients undergoing relocation or technology upgrades, providing a seamless and integrated experience.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a dedicated father to Logan and Parks, both of whom actively engage me with their soccer and various other activities. During my rare moments of free time, I indulge in my passions, such as snow skiing, wakesurfing on Lake Norman, golf, pickleball, motorcycle riding, hunting, and traveling.Throughout my business career, I've been blessed with more than I deserve. My aspiration is to maintain this upward trajectory until reaching retirement age, embracing every opportunity for growth and success.
