I lead a team of cloud admins in architecting and building a cloud computing environment for our Air Force customer.

I Served the faculty, staff, and students at Delta State University through desktop support assistance and AV event production. I trained and monitored IT student workers, and I lead our team in the preparation, implementation, and support of special campus events.

I was responsible for producing and maintaining Viking's library of technical product publications. I gathered information from engineering departments and conducted interviews to create technical documents for the service department. I utilized CAD software and schematics to create exploded parts diagrams, technical bulletins, and service manuals. I lead the team in transitioning publishing platforms from Microsoft Word to Adobe Creative Suite. I also developed a system that utilized 3D engineering models to produce more effective visualization while cutting down on the time to produce illustrations and diagrams.
