I'm best at work when I'm solving problems. The enjoyment I get from improving a process, optimizing a workflow or automating a task is what keeps me showing up day after day.I enjoy the analytics associated with business operations. I see no difference in a large enterprise with many complex layers or a smaller organization that needs infrastructure created; the data points me to where I need to go.I have led large scale implementations of projects, new business units, technology and interviewing practices. Some, more than once. It all comes down to planning and executing efficiently. The only way that happens is with the right team. I am a seasoned interviewer, team builder and developer of talent. Across my career, whether it be in sales, HR, or recruiting, the only thing that really mattered was who surrounded me. I have had the opportunity to lead great teams and it starts with the right selection of talent. Nothing happens without the team. My scope of responsibilities currently cover the eastern region of the U.S. My team provides primary talent acquisition functions along with the facilitation of bi-annual talent reviews for the entirety of retail leadership in the zone.
