- Manage privacy compliance and strategy for Morningstar’s global businesses.- Advise management and other stakeholders on range of privacy-related issues, including cross-border transfers, workforce location strategy, return to office, marketing and cookie compliance, product design, mergers and acquisitions, and various issues related to commercial transactions.- Led project to establish Morningstar’s Responsible AI Council, serve as RAI Council chair, advise regarding AI compliance strategy across Morningstar group companies, and develop AI-related governance. - Collaborate with product teams to incorporate privacy by design at all stages of product development lifecycle. - Advise information security, communications, and other leadership regarding incident response matters, develop incident response strategy and governance.
