Brandon Marto has worked in the structural construction industry for over 15 years. His career began at M. Jesus Construction Corp. as a cement mason and framing carpenter. Since, Brandon went on to work for a top reinforced superstructure concrete contractor delivering 10 superstructure concrete towers ranging in height from 15 to 55 floors in New York City.Some of his projects include:Hilton Garden Inn at Times Square, where he managed the logistics, tower crane assembly/climbing/dismantle, maintained a 2 day cycle and completed top out 1 month ahead of schedule.Queens Plaza South a 400,000sf 21 story residential building, where he managed the excavation, rock demolition, underpinning, support of excavation, foundation, hydraulic crane, and superstructure. Using his background and planning Brandon was able to deliver this project 2 months ahead of schedule. Brandon also spent time as a lead structural project manager, superintendent, and cost engineer for a prime contractor with projects including: Manhattan West South West Residential Tower project an 800,000sf, 66 story residential high rise. He used his experience to develop logistics plans, contract buyouts and management for excavation, foundation, superstructure concrete , safety, elevators, structural steel, fireproofing, sitework, and landscaping. This is one of his most notable achievements where he was able to deliver the project to the owner with a CO in just 19 months. 74 Trinity, a 31 story mixed use steel tower located in downtown Manhattan. Developed logistics plans, contract buyouts, project management, and worked as an owners liaison with the Lower Manhattan DoT for construction of the project. He managed the excavation, foundation, steel superstructure, safety, elevators, structural steel, fireproofing, sitework, and landscaping. Through his career Brandon has been able to develop and hone his skills as a construction manager. Many of his talents include, project budgeting and estimation, cost control, schedule delivery, logistics and project planning. With all those skills Brandon prides himself on being able to spot project issues well in advance and coordinating to solve issues prior to construction. Brandon attributes his success to one simple rule, putting the needs of the project above all else. In his years operating under extreme schedule, logistics and project constraints, following that single rule has always helped him deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients. A rule that he now carries through all aspects of M. Jesus Constructions operations.
