As the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) for Nivel I am currently leading our Technology and Digital Operations teams to support Nivel’s business objectives. This encompasses infrastructure and operations, Microsoft Dynamics development and support, IT services & operations, integration & PMO and cybersecurity, as well as digital operations including eCommerce and Marketplace. In this role I am providing the leadership, vision, and direction to support the company’s strategic objectives including Nivel’s digital roadmap and defining the role technology will play in driving exceptional customer as well as team member experiences within Nivel’s portfolio of products and services.

Founded in 1968, Nivel is a global aftermarket manufacturer, distributor and seller of specialty and heavy duty vehicle parts and accessories. With access to over 100,000 parts and accessories, Nivel is the largest supplier in the niche vehicle aftermarket parts industries in North America. The company sells its products directly to OEMs, independent distributors, golf car dealers, and agricultural and construction equipment dealers.

I am currently leading the Information Technology team deliverables around infrastructure, operations, user support, applications and project management for Apex Tool Group. Our structure drives globally integrated teams aligning and supporting subject matter excellence as well as ensuring we are providing career growth opportunities for our IT associates. In addition, I have led the successful global greenfield technology deployment for Apex Tool Group including a full data center build and SAP environment implementation. All critical business IT infrastructure ranging from SAP, data center compute and storage resources, voice, video and email was also deployed to support the merger of two companies as well as managing the consolidation of multiple budgets, technology staffs and corporate culture.

I managed and implemented large scale projects including Email consolidation, AD deployment, Data Center design & deployment, Telecomm Expense Management, mergers & acquisitions, network consolidations, contract negotiations and desktop transformation.
