Serves as person of contact during data audits and responds to corrective action inquiries for multiple test methods in the lab.Revises and edits the QA Manual within the laboratory to ensure that all methods and data reporting is completed with the highest quality. Analyzes WSSC Treatment Plant and customer complaint samples for True Color, Turbidity, Conductivity and pH.
