In 1957, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’” I could not agree more. Driven by this belief, I have dedicated my career to making a meaningful, positive impact on my community. With strong roots in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and deep connections in Harlem, Boston, and LA, I’ve navigated the world of education, embracing roles from early childhood teaching to supporting leadership at the Yale School of Management. As the founder of No Dreams Deferred and the Founding Executive Director of Park City Presents, I work with artists, athletes, and nonprofit teams at pivotal moments of transformation. My passion for urban education reform has seen me wear many hats—teaching, recruiting, training teachers, and advocating for policy change. Leveraging a strong network through EdLoC and The Broad Center, I am equipped with the relationships, knowledge, and resources to push boundaries and create lasting change.Growing up, my experiences in Randolph, MA and Pasadena, CA shaped my understanding of diverse educational landscapes and the importance of community support. These experiences fuel my relentless pursuit of opportunities to empower others and build thriving, inclusive environments. At No Dreams Deferred, we coach leaders through transformative moments, build high-performing teams, and design policies that advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism. Our mission-driven approach ensures that clients have the tools and support needed to maintain momentum and achieve their vision.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a dedicated family man, committed to being a great husband and a guiding force for my three gifted children. In my downtime, I find joy in sports, music, and sharing a good dad joke.Let’s connect about collaboration opportunities, music, sports, or any other passion that fuels your fire.Specialties: • Urban education reform • Full-cycle recruitment • School leadership • Teacher leadership • Early childhood education • Classroom and behavior management • Parent/student relationships • Developing and facilitating personal/professional development workshops • Community building and outreach • Building High Performing Teams • Developing Youth Programming • Promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism (DEIA) • Building Parent Power
