My primary duty was to ensure circuit up-time which provided users with core services and collaboration tools i.e. Outlook 2012 on Premise, Microsoft Active Directory, Cisco VoIP etc. Service Level Agreement turn-around time specified to mitigate outages within 30 mins or less for mission critical circuits.
