* Reviewed and updated job assessment certification and standard work documents, so new associates can be trained as quickly and efficiently as possible.* Created thread up diagrams to differentiate turf and carpet changeovers because new associates had issues efficiently changing over from turf to carpet and vice versa.* Worked with machine operators to see how turf soft waste is tracked as well as finding a way to reduce it.Overall, this experience gave me the opportunity to use my skills through various assignments in a real-world engineering environment. I was a part of a committee of seven that were in charge of selecting a new Student Pastor at First Baptist Church Sevierville. I, along with six others, would examine multiple resumes, interviewed many potential candidates, and share our opinions of each client.
