Brandon uses his broad commercial vision, ability to connect and forge relationships across the organization to deliver comprehensive solutions that deliver transformative growth. From 2019-2021 Brandon served as Area General Manager for Sonder where he Brandon led a team of 40 professionals tasked to build, supply, and run a next-generation technology-enabled organization across California. From 2014 - 2017 Brandon served as the COO and Head of Marketing of Bonotel Exclusive Travel where he oversaw a team of 100+ employees tasked to deliver on several of Bonotel’s strategic initiatives. During his tenure, his efforts helped grow top line revenue by over $60 million, which culminated in the sale of Bonotel to Travel Leaders Group at the close of 2017. Prior to joining Bonotel, Brandon worked in multiple senior marketing roles across multiple continents for the world’s largest global spirits importer, Diageo Plc. Brandon holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, as well as a B.A. in Communication from UCLA. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for WES Brands and The Runda Lab and works in an advisory capacity with several early-stage startups.

In 3 short years, I had the privilege of leading a team that rearchitected Bonotel's commercial strategy and footprint to better align with where and how our customers were purchasing product, but I also was able to retrofit our marketing approach and focus. During my time at Bonotel, we improved our ability to both properly classify and segment product, which in turn allowed us to focus on product that delivered higher value to the business. We also identified better ways to partner across the value chain (supplier - wholesaler - re-distributor - agent) to address issues related to low inventory utilization (ex: suites) in addition to improving awareness and access to exclusive product.
