MyPackedVitamins.com sells customizable vitamin packs on a subscription basis. The company needed an eCommerce website to be able to sell its products to customers online. I worked with Thomas Najarian, the founder of MyPackedVitamins.com, through a discovery phase to determine what they needed for a successful site. I created mockups and advised them on UX and UI best practices, iterating versions of the site until they decided on a final design. Then I performed a full buildout of the site. The website included an online shop, and a specialized product configuration page, which displayed all of the products on the front-end consistently. Moodle is a learning platform designed to provide educators, administrators, and learners with a single robust, secure and integrated system to create personalized learning environments. The site, unfortunately, had been targeted by hackers. The server has been maxing out its resources and the host kept shutting down the site. As a Technology Consultant, I completed various hardware, software, networking, and cabling deployments, and did maintenance and ad-hoc support services.

As Director of Information Systems, I managed the company's technology assets including 24x7 security and disaster recovery, migrated data to new domain infrastructure and upgraded the network to fiber optics, as well as to enterprise-grade Juniper and CISCO Hardware.

as a Wayport Wireless Technician for McDonald's, I completely installed the network cabinet, DSL line filters, wireless access points, and a dial-up backup modem,.I also installed cable and performed punch down termination, and troubleshooting of the point of sales system and other equipment.

IN this role, I completed a large scale network upgrade on 120 stores in the Southeast region. I migrated IP schema, installed data cabling, and CISCO equipment, configured and performed troubleshooting of equipment, provided on-site field support service, and tested locations for successful migration.

In this role, I provided T1 switch overs. The requirements for this included preparing Demarc, cabling, and equipment setup.

In this role, my responsibilities included maintaining seven independent mobile computer/telecom data collection systems with GPS, EVDO, 3G1x, and UTMS equipment. I also maintained a variety of data collection software (Cait/TPMong/Winds) as well as FTP, remote administrator, MS Streets and Trips, and MS Office software. I performed troubleshooting on in-depth hardware and software, and managed and delegated two mobile teams of drivers and RF data collectors. I reported to two remote project engineers with Lucent-Alcatel (Knoxville, TN & Chicago, IL) and a remote project engineer with Verizon Wireless.
